The roots of my career took form over 30 years ago. I began working with children as a play, speech & educational therapist and built a thriving practice doing work that I loved.

Over the years I found that the way to create lasting and meaningful changes in children's lives was by working with their parents. As a mother myself, I realized that parents have tremendous influence in their kids lives.  I gradually moved into a practice with adults, and knew that I'd found my next calling.

My own path of self reflection and growth forms the basis of my work. My practice now brings together my analytic training with a heart-centered, meditative approach.  Experience has taught me that the while the mind is limited, the heart is not.  Personal growth that comes from the heart can create amazing life changes.
